Η interTEN, στα πλαίσια προσαρμογής στις νέες συνθήκες, οργάνωσε τον τρόπο τηλεεκπαίδευσης και τηλεδιάσκεψης με τους πελάτες της. Η εφαρμογή που επιλέχθηκε είναι το Zoom, η οποία ανοίγει απευθείας από τον browser, χωρίς να χρειάζεται κάποια εφαρμογή.
